Does Hively strip unused patterns when saving .HVL?

It seems to be doing so... If I make, say, two positions' worth of patterns and forget to set the song Length to 2, the extra patterns have disappeared when I reload. Unused instruments appear to be saved, though.

Is this a bug, or just the way things are?

Just the way things are. IIRC, AHX does the same.

Ah - apologies, I should have checked for sure in AHX first. I thought I'd done an AHX module with seven positions' worth of patterndata but only two positions playing... Of course I didn't look closely enough and see the B00 command in the second position;)
