When I execute
padsp -d ./play_hvl afterstorm.hvl

Program is exiting immediatelly and I am back at the bash prompt. No sound is coming from the speakers. Under Xubuntu 14.04 everything was working fine.

The replayer has been compiled by me with the shipped makefile. My is OS is 64 bit.
